PACE Appointments is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (HVAC) Technician to join a growing team delivering new commercial installations across Brisbane.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone recently qualified or with a few years’ post trade experience who’s looking to build a long-term career with a supportive company that values quality work and a great team culture.

You’ll be working primarily on new commercial builds – not repetitive maintenance or residential callouts – with consistent hours and solid long-term prospects.

What’s on Offer

• $60–$65 per hour (depending on experience)
• Fully maintained work vehicle, tools, and uniforms provided
• Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm – finish early and enjoy your afternoons
• 90% new commercial installs – variety in every job

• Work is across Brisbane, but candidates should live locally (Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich, or northside) to minimise travel 

Duties

• 90% new installation & 10% service
• Installing and servicing air conditioning systems
• Working on commercial sites and new builds
• Diagnosing and repairing refrigeration systems
• Providing top-notch service to clients

Minimum Requirements:

• Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration OR QLD electrical license 
• Current ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence
• White Card (Construction Industry Induction)
• Current driver’s licence
• Proven experience in commercial installation and maintenance

Eligibility:
Applications will be considered primarily from Australian citizens or permanent residents. Visa holders will only be considered if they have proven trade experience within Australia or New Zealand and have FULL working rights.
