Join a small team in a globally recognised Freight Forwarder in a newly created role for a new major account. As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of building fresh, lasting client relationships.
Your primary focus will be on liaising with clients via email and phone, ensuring their needs are met with precision and timeliness while also maintaining accurate client information, and fostering strong professional relationships to explore opportunities for new business. You'll play a vital role in customer implementation, development, and retention, providing top-notch service and maintaining regular communication to ensure client satisfaction. Collaborating closely with your small but mighty team and external network, you'll contribute to identifying revenue opportunities, participating in customer reviews, and ensuring smooth operational flow.
As an experienced Client Services Coordinator within Freight Forwarding, you'll excel in managing client relationships, meeting contractual obligations, and supporting your clients with a high service level. You will also be experienced using CargoWise and Microsoft systems.
