Meet Carolina

My empathic and kind nature is the reason I find so much enjoyment in my role as a Recruitment Consultant with Pace VIC. I am driven to succeed every day through the daily interactions I have with people who are infectiously passionate about what they do.

I am responsible for Procurement and Purchasing roles across all industries and have loved working with professionals in this sector who are striving for Procurement to be seen as an intelligent, strategic and essential business function rather than just a transactional piece.

Prior to Pace VIC, I worked in Talent Acquisition for DHL Express and was responsible for all positions and levels countrywide for Brazil. This experience gave me a thorough understanding of the Supply Chain, Logistics and Procurement environment.

Being degree qualified in Psychology, I know what it takes to build strong relationships and trust. I love forging long term relationships with my clients and candidates and seeing the candidates I place earn the trust and respect of the businesses I place them in. In addition, my Masters Degree in Business Administration degree allows me to better understand businesses I work with and makes for the perfect combination to continue to thrive and be successful in what I do.
