From the Pace VIC + NSW team

Our four surveyed sectors performed well this past 12 months, despite shaky economic conditions and turmoil overseas. It’s inspiring to see that pay rates still went up, and that people are generally happy in their roles. It’s a sign that Australia has remained resilient in the face of both national and global change, and a good omen for the year that is to come.
