Our client is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a stockfeed mill environment. This hands-on leadership role focuses on production efficiency, quality control, and team management, ensuring a safe and high-performing workplace.

About the Role: 

• Oversee daily production schedules to meet efficiency and quality targets.
• Perform hands-on tasks, including equipment setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with quality control standards and address issues promptly.
• Lead, train, and mentor the production team for high performance.
• Enforce workplace health and safety regulations and conduct risk assessments.
• Manage raw material inventory and coordinate with procurement.
• Work closely with the maintenance team to minimize downtime and optimize machinery performance.

About You: 

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in stockfeed or manufacturing.
• Strong technical knowledge of production processes and machinery.
• Proven leadership experience in managing and motivating a team.
• Commitment to safety, quality control, and compliance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet production demands.
