Meet Jane

Dedication & loyalty set Jane apart having spent over 25 years with a major Australian business working in continuous improvement, logistics & management – Jane brings into her role with Pace recruitment a desire to match her candidates & clients in a long term working relationship in which both parties will equally benefit.

A country girl born & bred Jane has a deep rooted genuine approach & seeks to understand the most important things to her clients & candidates to establish from the start the best possible introduction & foundation to give everyone the opportunity for growing & maximising their potential.

Two small children keep Jane on her toes in her home environment & keep her always learning & developing herself – thriving in teaching them strong core values & work ethics. She loves the self-challenge of getting out on the golf course when she can – especially for some time with her Dad + enjoys the team work & energy on a netball court. Sport has played a major part in Jane’s life, striving to represent in several sports including baseball, horse riding, netball & athletics to name just some.

Jane’s hard working nature coupled with her “call it as it is” attitude means with Jane what you get is what you see. She genuinely cares about the outcome for all her candidates & clients as well as usually being the “class clown” to bring an element of calmness & happiness to what can often be stressful situations.

Jane looks forward to building quality long term relationships & assisting as many people as she can to want to have that same loyal, genuine & hardworking approach that she prides herself on!
