With a diverse entrepreneurial background in hospitality, retail, and childcare, Laetitia brings a unique perspective to her career in recruitment, specialising in the Industrial and Manufacturing sectors. As the daughter of immigrants and expats, Laetitia has built strong connections across three countries and five cities, enabling her to navigate complex, multicultural environments effectively.

In her current role, Laetitia focuses on ethically sourcing top talent through meticulous profile matching and thorough telephone screenings. Laetitia also drives business development by leveraging her sales skills to expand the client base and deepen existing relationships. Her approach is rooted in understanding client needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions that align with their goals.

With experience in both blue and white collar recruitment, Laetitia has honed her organisational and account management skills, which are crucial for matching the right candidates with the right opportunities.

Outside of work, Laetitia enjoys exploring new cuisines and restaurant ventures, reflecting her families entrepreneurial spirit and passion for culinary experiences. As a Netflix enthusiast, Laetitia appreciates storytelling in all its forms.
