Meet Tricia

Our fearless leader and Founding Director Tricia has built her career on a natural ability for developing relationships which has seen her become a true master in her field. Attributing this quality to her small town country upbringing, this born and bred North Queenlander relocated to Brisbane and subsequently Melbourne for work and like many a recruitment consultant before her, transitioned from working in the industry she loves to recruiting for that industry.

This deep seated knowledge and first hand experience ensured she had the understanding of what drives her candidates but equally what are essential attributes of which our clients need.

Starting Pace appointments Qld in 2011, Tricia’s focus has always been on building genuine personal connections with people, not businesses. Tricia thrives on developing great relationships and the fact she still has many of the same clients from day one is a testament to that. Genuinely partnering with clients is a philosophy she has embedded into Pace’s culture.

With over 15 years of recruitment experience, this provides her with the insight to see the big picture, take a more personalised approach and create bespoke solutions.

Tricia has grown Pace into a personalised, dynamic and highly effective agency with a warm and collaborative environment. Pace has a distinct Queensland character and Tricia has an innate knowledge of the Queensland and Brisbane markets in particular.

Away from the office, Trish can be found sipping a Moscato, playing Lego with her son, or possibly tinkering on her piano.
