What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a portfolio of clients with professionalism and care
• Handling booking requests, monitoring shipment progress, and providing timely updates
• Coordinating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Maintaining workflow integrity through CargoWise1
• Assisting with client quotes and preparing tailored proposals
• Responding to client queries and troubleshooting issues as they arise
• Supporting the broader sales and operations team in a collaborative environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in international freight forwarding (import/export)
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Confidence working with CargoWise1
• High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• A proactive, can-do attitude and team player mindset
• Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively
