What You’ll Be Doing - Managing a portfolio of clients with professionalism and care
- Handling booking requests, monitoring shipment progress, and providing timely updates
- Coordinating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Maintaining workflow integrity through CargoWise1
- Assisting with client quotes and preparing tailored proposals
- Responding to client queries and troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Supporting the broader sales and operations team in a collaborative environment
What We’re Looking For - Previous experience in international freight forwarding (import/export)
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Confidence working with CargoWise1
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude and team player mindset
- Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively
