With a well-established overseas network and innovative technology, their highly experienced and dedicated team have built a strong reputation in exceeding their customers’ expectations.
Due to growth, they are now seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team in customer focused role.
Managing a portfolio of their valued customers your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure ongoing and consistent customer satisfaction through effective and efficient management of enquiries.
- Establish and maintain rapport and long-term sustainable partnerships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Prompt attention to customer quote requests.
- Receive booking requests, order management, generate reports as per customer requirements.
- Liaison with airline, shipping lines, agencies, and other relevant parties to request rate and service information.
- Liaison with internal departments to monitor shipment coordination and ensure timeframes are met.
- Problem solve, promptly resolving any issues as they arise.
And of course, general client account management and customer service – ensuring customers are well looked after and their expectations met.
To be considered for this position you must have import operations or customer service experience from within a freight forwarding environment, be a dynamic team player with the drive to succeed and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A great attitude, excellent communication skills and high attention to detail are essential to your success along with Cargowise experience.
