Pace Appointments is pleased to partner with a leading commercial and residential organisation specialising in the renovation of swimming pools to create long lasting pool surfaces.
 
The Role: 
We are seeking hands on Fibreglass Laminators to join a dynamic team across the Sunshine Coast, Burleigh Heads and Brisbane Southside.  In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and resurfacing swimming pools using specialised techniques and tools. The position involves physical work and requires the ability to collaborate effectively with a team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resurface pool surfaces using innovative fibreglass systems such as sandblasting, screeding, acid washing and grinding.
• Operate tools safely and effectively, with a strong focus on personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements:

• Current driver’s license and White Card.
• Previous experience in construction or a trade background 
• Comfortable with physically demanding work and exposure to fibreglass materials.
• Early morning starts
