Pace Appointments is pleased to partner with our client to recruit for an exciting opportunity as an HSE Advisor based in Brisbane's northside.  This position will play a key role in collaborating with operational teams to champion workplace safety and deliver on the HSE vision of a completely safe working environment.  
 
The role:

• Collaborate and build effective relationships with clients and internal teams to drive HSE excellence through coaching, mentoring and technical training
• Deliver clear and precise guidance on HSE-related matters, systems, processes and practices
• Lead compliance programs to ensure adherence to relevant legislation, codes and licensing requirements.
• Conduct site audits and investigate incidents and prepare detailed analysis, reports and records.
• Oversee hazard identification, risk assessments and controls at both business and operational levels.
• Coordinate mandatory training sessions and maintain the skills matrix.

 
Do you have:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE or a related industry including site inspection/investigation/audit and training experience
• Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety
• Demonstrated ability to manage and engage with stakeholders effectively.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable).
