Join the Team as a Maintenance Electrician

• Location: South Brisbane
• Salary: $50 per hour (depending on experience)
• Shifts: (Monday to Friday)
  • Early Morning Shift: 0400 – 12:30
  • Day Shift: 0600 – 14:30
  • Afternoon Shift: 14:00 – 22:30

About the Role:

We are looking for skilled Maintenance Electricians to join the maintenance team at a South Brisbane site. Whether your background is in domestic, commercial, or industrial electrical work, this role offers strong onboarding and training to help you transition into the FMCG environment. You’ll be maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime, playing a critical role in keeping production running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on electrical equipment to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and implement effective solutions.
• Support the installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery and electrical systems.
• Adhere to safety standards and ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes and regulations.
• Work collaboratively with production teams to optimize equipment performance and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician or equivalent qualification.
• A current Electrical License (QLD).
• Experience in domestic, commercial, or industrial electrical work – we welcome all backgrounds!
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with PLCs, VSDs, and automation systems is desirable but not essential – training provided.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
• A proactive and organized individual with strong attention to detail.
