A well-established and stable freight forwarding company is seeking an Operations All-Rounder to join their small, experienced team. Specialising in international trade lanes, they provide tailored logistics solutions for a diverse range of complex shipments.

This end-to-end role will primarily focus on import LCL and airfreight, with additional involvement in exports. Key responsibilities include coordinating shipments, liaising with overseas agents and customers, managing documentation (PRA, EDN, registrations), and overseeing deliveries. Experience in sea and airfreight operations is essential.

The company fosters an easy-going and collaborative work environment, offering long-term career stability. Standard business office hours, with some flexibility available.

Responsibilities:

• Manage international freight movements for import air and sea freight
• Register import jobs and process documentation
• Coordinate 60 to 80 containers per week
• Handle invoicing, cargo collection, and deliveries
• Oversee air and sea freight bookings with airlines and shipping lines
• Collate import documents and ensure compliance
• Liaise with clients and internal departments, track and trace shipments

What We’re Looking For:

• CargoWise experience preferred
• 2-5 years’ experience in freight forwarding
• Dangerous Goods certification is not required but a bonus
• Must be a Permanent Resident or hold a visa with no work restrictions
