The Role:
A key position responsible for delivering accurate estimates and supporting successful tenders across maintenance and minor works projects for commercial and government clients.
Key Responsibilities: - Prepare cost estimates and take-offs for plumbing projects
- Identify risks and opportunities in the tender process
- Submit high-quality tenders on time
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
What You’ll Need: - Plumbing industry experience in maintenance and construction
- Proven estimating background across commercial/infrastructure work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software (Cavsoft ideal)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
