THE COMPANY

Servicing farm gate —> distributors with quality trusted product. 

Ultimately you will support the operation to achieve consistent results within critical deadlines, safety and quality parameters. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will lead a team of up to 20 across 3 shifts.  Manufacturing feeds, meals and grains for supply to merchants and producers across domestic and international markets, you will also be responsible for a compliment of maintenance personnel and transport drivers, in addition to the below.

Success Profile:

Essential:

• Demonstrated strength in milling/animal feed/grain environments environments;
• An innate energy and passion for leading a result driven, cohesive team; 
• Ability to take ownership, managing situations efficiently whilst ensuring minimised impact on production and upmost adherence to safety protocols;
• Proven results bringing together a group of diverse team members to work cohesively to achieve common goals;
• Availability Monday - Friday and willingness to be on call.

Preferred:

• Recent results in managing strict standards in accordance with Feed Safe/GMP/Quality standards

In Return:
