Our valued client is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a manufacturing environment. This hands-on leadership role focuses on production efficiency, quality control, and team management, ensuring a safe and high-performing workplace.

While it's essential that you satisfy the technical skill set to perform the inherent requirements of the role, your genuine passion for what you do and an exemplary safety ethos will shine through!

About the Role: 

• Oversee daily production schedules to meet efficiency and quality targets;
• Perform hands-on tasks, including equipment setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance;
• Ensure compliance with quality control standards and address issues promptly;
• Lead, train, and mentor the production team for high performance;
• Enforce workplace health and safety regulations and conduct risk assessments;
• Manage raw material inventory and coordinate with procurement;
• Work closely with the maintenance team to minimize downtime and optimize machinery performance.

Success Profile:

• Demonstrate 3–5 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in stockfeed however, other manufacturing streams also considered (i.e Food, FMCG etc);
• Proven leadership experience in managing and motivating a team;
• Commitment to safety, quality control, and compliance standards;
• Strong communication and organizational skills;
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet production demands.
