Role 1: Project Managers Join the Infrastructure Services team and take the lead on exciting large-scale commercial and industrial projects.
What you’ll be doing: - Lead end-to-end project delivery including scheduling, OH&S, QA, handovers, and commissioning.
- Manage teams, subcontractors, and resources across multiple sites while ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders, providing regular reports and using tools like MS Project and Excel for planning.
What you’ll bring: - Electrical trade qualification with proven experience managing large-scale commercial or industrial projects, including quoting and working with complex 3-phase systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in project software and a solid understanding of HV, automation/control systems and project management principles.
Role 2: Estimators – Plumbing & Electrical We're also on the lookout for experienced estimators to support tendering and pricing across new and existing infrastructure projects.
What you’ll be doing: - Prepare detailed estimates and coordinate tender submissions
- Identify project risks and opportunities
- Collaborate across teams and with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Develop competitive, accurate quotations for a variety of projects
What you’ll bring: - Trade qualified in plumbing and/or electrical with proven experience estimating infrastructure and automation projects of all sizes.
- Commercially savvy with strong attention to detail, excellent software skills (Excel and estimating tools), and effective time management and communication.
Role 3: Electrical Supervisor
What's you'll be doing:
- Supervise all on-site operations under guidance from the Project Manager.
- Lead diverse teams of electricians while ensuring efficient resource distribution and adherence to timelines.
- Collaborate with engineers to uphold quality, environmental, and safety standards, while resolving challenges effectively.
What you'll bring:
- Hold a valid QLD Electrical Workers Licence and manual Driver’s Licence, with over five years of industry experience.
- Demonstrated leadership in supervising teams, with knowledge of traffic signals, intelligent transport systems, and public lighting.
- Skilled in planning, mentoring apprentices, and maintaining high standards in health, safety, and environmental compliance.
