Key Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase vehicles for multiple locations nationwide
• Identify and secure great deals through online platforms like CarSales
• Analyse market trends to understand demand and pricing strategies
• Build relationships with sellers to secure stock at the best prices
• Manage the vehicle buying process from initial contact to transport and inspection
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Meet KPIs and targets to maximize earning potential

About You:

• A driven and motivated salesperson, eager to learn and grow
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Passionate about cars and the automotive industry
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence others
• Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems (or willing to learn)
