In this dynamic and hands-on role, you will be responsible for managing the picking and dispatch processes, ensuring the seamless routing of delivery runs, and allocating resources effectively to optimize performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensure accuracy in the pick process and mitigate errors.
• Actively assist the picking team and prepare essential documentation for drivers (sheet runs, invoices, keys).
• Monitor KPI results and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Lead and manage night shift staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to training schedules.
• Conduct Toolbox meetings and oversee return-to-work processes.
• Continuously update and review staff training requirements.
• Identify and address safety hazards, ensuring compliance with HACCP policies and company standards.
• Participate in OHS (Occupational Health & Safety) meetings and promote a safe working environment.
• Foster a positive team culture that reflects company values.
• Support employee rewards programs and promote morale across the workforce.

About You:

• At least 3 years in warehouse, inventory or transport/logistics management.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF scanners, and routing delivery runs efficiently.
• A current forklift license is required.
• Proven experience in managing teams and driving change management initiatives.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management capabilities.
• Comfortable working in cold storage environments and managing multiple locations.
