An established and growing electrical engineering business is looking for an
experienced Office Administrator/All Rounder to take on a diverse range of responsibilities. This role is perfect for someone who
thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their work, and is looking for a long-term opportunity. Responsibilities include: - Managing client and supplier communication via phone and email
- Processing orders, preparing quotes, raising purchase orders, and issuing invoices
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders
- Keeping the company website updated with relevant product and service information
- Overseeing product inventory, including ordering parts and scheduling production projects
- Assisting with documentation, user manuals, training materials, and compliance records
- Coordinating audits, tenders, and project documentation
- Scheduling staff jobs, ordering materials, and ensuring teams are prepared
- Organising client and site visits, sending notifications, and tracking project progress
- Supporting marketing efforts, including updating case studies, website content, and client communications
- General office management, including stock replenishment, meeting preparation, and maintaining a safe and organised workspace
About You: - Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (knowledge of Xero is a bonus, but training is provided)
- Experience in an office administration role within electrical, manufacturing, or a similar industry is advantageous
- Any knowledge of basic design or marketing would be beneficial but not essential
