Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Office & Facilities Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of their workplace during a time of transformation and growth. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, whilst also becoming a go-to person for staff members.
About the Role In this diverse and dynamic position, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing rental property and bookings management for interstate employees
- Managing pool cars, including bookings and maintenance
- Coordinating office access, security systems, and mail distribution
- Setting up IT equipment, resolving user issues, and managing IT Helpdesk ticket triage
- Onboarding and offboarding staff, including IT and office setup requirements
- Organizing travel bookings for staff and optimizing associated costs
- Managing office supplies, stationery, and general office maintenance tasks
About You To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in IT systems and experience liaising with external service providers
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- The ability to lead social club events and organize staff gatherings
- Experience in office maintenance, including supplier management (e.g., cleaning, rubbish removal, plant services)
- A flexible approach to supporting PA duties for the CEO and Commercial Director as needed
- Previous experience supporting HR and Marketing would be highly desirable but not essential
