About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated professional to enhance productivity and operational efficiency across all areas of their business. In this role, you will:

• Drive and optimize production across key divisions, including:
  • Professional services team
  • Internal projects
  • Client services team
• Design, implement, and sustain business improvement strategies and processes
• Enhance capacity planning and streamline workflows to maximize team efficiency
• Establish and promote accountability frameworks within the team
• Support the monitoring and achievement of production KPIs using real-time dashboards
• Focus on improving job completion rates and reducing turnaround times
• Oversee productivity metrics to ensure continuous performance improvement

About You

• Strong technical skills with the ability to leverage technology for productivity gains
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style
• A proactive and ambitious mindset, with a passion for driving business growth

• A background in finance is advantageous but not essential
