Pace Vic are proud to partner with a market leading, privately owned manufacturer, located in Melbourne's South East, who are now on the lookout for a star Supply Planner to join their team. Reporting into the National Operations Manager, this role is pivotal in driving progression within the supply chain of this fantastic organisation experience a sustained period of growth.

About the role:

• Lead the Supply planning session in response to the Demand Plan, work through risks, opportunities, SLOBEX and provide insight into ending inventory targets through scenario planning.
• Provide data analysis at product range and SKU level highlighting Supply and contingency planning.
• Continually evaluate supply plans to mitigate risk and create visibility into supply, through inbound shipment planning. 
• Bring forth strong analytical skills to provide areas of improvement in data and provide insights into spend analysis and areas of improvement.
• Ensure all customer stock is planned into locations well before it is required by the warehouse and production site.
• Plan supply to New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Korea, China and the US.
• Execute all purchasing activities associated with Marketing’s development stage where trails are run.
• NPD planning which includes all raw material and finished goods co-ordination of product through QA, Manufacturing and the Warehousing.

About you:

• Essential to have worked within a S&OP environment and have strong understanding of the cyclical planning and information required by Sales and Marketing.
• High level of data analysis capability with an eye to intrepid the data and motivate what has been produced to a S&OP audience for review and consideration.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• The ability to work independently with a high degree of professionalism.
• Strong commercial awareness and organizational skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Netsuite ERP experience is highly desired.
