Our Story

In 1990, Pace Appointments was born out of an idea to take recruitment a step further than just match-making candidate and client. With a determination to raise the bar within the recruitment industry, it aimed to offer total commitment to driving long term career and talent solutions whilst keeping processes transparent and personal.

Founding Director, Maryke Adams, and her team were most notably recognised for paving the way for recruitment within the International Trade and Logistics, Supply Chain and Procurement industries. Overtime, Pace has grown to have a national presence with offices spanning across Victoria, Western Australia, Queensland, New South Wales and the Northern Territory with each office organically developing service offerings to target their State. Each office commits to the “Pace” way by continually developing unparalleled knowledge and industry networks in their specialist fields.
