Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with export air and sea freight operations, including liaising with airlines and shipping lines.
• Prepare export documentation and ensure timely, accurate data entry of cargo information.
• Organise transport movements and coordinate the loading and unloading of containers.
• Provide support in warehouse operations and assist in loading / unloading trucks as needed.
• Import (sea / air) experience is an added advantage but not essential.

About You:

• Recent export sea freight and air freight experience is essential.
• Working knowledge of Cargowise is preferred.
• A forklift licence is preferred but not essential.
• A team player who thrives in a vibrant, supportive environment and enjoys a variety of tasks.
• Must have good email and communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
