As an Export Seafreight FAK Operator, you’ll be responsible for managing the full export process for Freight All Kinds shipments. This includes coordinating with clients, shipping lines, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate export FAK shipments from booking to delivery.
• Prepare and manage export documentation and customs paperwork.
• Liaise with shipping lines to secure space and negotiate rates for FAK cargo.
• Manage the pick-up, delivery, and tracking of goods to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the shipment process.

To be considered for this position

• Previous experience in export seafreight operations, specifically with FAK shipments.
• Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding, documentation, and customs processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills when working with clients and suppliers.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
