Our client is seeking an individual who will be able to demonstrate the following qualities, sales & people skills / relationship manager. You will need to have vision & are goal orientated, show success patterns, and are a high achiever. The person must have good work organisation, positive outlook and attitude. You MUST have current Freight Forwarding knowledge and currently hold a similar type position. You will also need to have the ability to meet sales budgets and lead from the front. You will have the ability to create & manage sales programs & campaigns, and how to sell "not on price". You will also have the ability to create & manage a selling program, strong reporting capabilities, and the ability to increase profit margins on existing business all round.
In return for your expertise you will receive a generous negotiated salary package with additional individual incentives.
